Ryan Pajak, a junior at Ringgold High in Pennsylvania, achieved All-America honors by placing 12th at the Champs Sports Cross Country Championships at Balboa Park's Morley Field in San Diego, Calif. Pajak covered the 5-kilometer layout in 15:22.9 to become the first Pennsylvania male competitor since 2019 to earn All-America recognition.
